Not been posting much about the home recently mostly because it's actually been less action. We've gone around looking at furniture and lights and appliances and sanitary fittings (and being appalled by some of the prices we are seeing) and have been updating our budget sheet. And since I officially passed the property agent the cheque for the balance of the $5000 deposit and signed page 8 of the option to purchase, I think we can proudly say we are well on my way to owning our own place!
